Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of testing the development of an android-based u- career application as a media service for generation Z career interests. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The research location was carried out at SMK Negeri 2 Pangkep and SMK Negeri 6 Takalar, South Sulawesi. The trial respondents were 20 people from SMK Negeri 2 Pangkep and 20 people from SMK Negeri 6 Takalar. The data collection technique uses a trial instrument using the Google form. The results of the development at the testing stage of the u-career application in the aspects of appearance, guidance, accuracy, and practicality were obtained in a category that was in accordance with the respondents' statements based on the features presented in the application, namely specialization instruments and self-development features. Therefore, the u-career application can be accessed digitally by generation Z through the Android platform without being practically limited by space and time.
