Abstract
This paper was written to share the experience of training activities of senior high school supervisor in district Pangkep. The training aims to help school supervisor equip their knowledge and skills in making supervisory instruments. Training activities have been selected as an alternative solution after holding preliminary study on the problems faced by supervisors in the District Pangkep. Training is given by using explanatory and direct demonstrations as well as equipped with several other methods such as; brainstorming, practice and evaluation of the work. Based on observations during training, seen some of the participants have been able to show a significant increase, while the rest still require additional reinforcement so they can produce a valid and reliable instrument according to the needs of each target schools. It can be concluded that after the training, it is known that the knowledge and ability of the supervisor SMA in the scope of the District Education Office Pangkep about making supervision instruments has increased. The knowledge and skills gained during the training will they apply either individually or together to produce instruments that can increase the supervisor productivity in carrying out their duties
