Abstract
Abstract This research is a class action research that aims to find out the improvement of learning outcomes of students in grade X SMK Pesantren Pembangunan Muhammadiyah Tana Toraja through the use of video tutorial media on computer assembling competencies. The subject of this study was all students of grade X SMK Pesantren Pembangunan Muhammadiyah Tana Toraja numbered 28 people. The data of the research results were obtained by providing test results of learning on computer assembling competencies in the form of pretests and post tests. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis. The learning results achieved in the first cycle as many as 16 students were completed. In the second cycle the learning outcomes increased to 25 students who were in the complete category. It can be concluded that the application of video tutorial media can improve the learning outcomes of students in grade X SMK Pesantren Pembangunan Muhammadiyah Tana Toraja on the competency of assembling computers.
