Abstract
Abstract: Analysis Of Causality Relationship Of Inflation And Unemployement In Indonesian Period 2000-2019. This study entitled “ Analysis of the Casuality relationship between inflation and unemployment rate in indonesia 2000-2019”. This study aims to determine the existence of a casual relationship between variables, namely the inflation rate and the unemployment rate in Indonesia 2000-2019. The analytical tool used is the Granger causality analysis. The date used is a time series from 2000-2019. The results showed that at a significance level of 0.05, the inflation rate did not cause the unemployment rate with a probability velue of 0.9936. and also at the 0.05 significance level the unemployment rate does not cause the inflation rate with a probability value of 0.063. Keyword: inflation, unemployment and Granger causality.
