Abstract
ABSTRACT lmprovihg the qualiTy of human resources in lndonesia continue to be purSued and developed in line with the development of an increasingly global era. lmprovement of human resources also affects the world of education. Education which is spearheading the development of human resources should be actively involved in improving the quality as well as quantity. Efforts to develop such education should be in accordance with the appropriate teaching process so that students can receive a lesson well. Education, trainihg, and development is the process by which the teacher at the time undergoing official duties. These activities are organized in a diverse and comprehensive spectrum with the aim to improve the competence, skills, attitudes, understanding, and performance needed by teachers today and in the future. Awareness to bring teachers and professional educators as the main power source thot educates the nation, perhaps as old as the history of civilization education. ln lndonesia, especially for teachers, seen from the dimensions of the nature and substance, groove to realize that teachers really professional. Economic integration in the realization of the AEC in 2015, through the opening and the formation of larger markets, encourogement for increased efficiency and competitiveness, as well as the opening of employment opportunities in the ASEAN region, will improve the welfare of all countries in the region.
