Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine the effect of cooperation on quality work. The location of the research was conducted at the office of Family Planning and Family Welfare Family of Wajo Regency. The study used a sample of 45 respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted using questionnaires, observations and documentation. The analytical technique used a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that Employee cooperation is in the category of Good. While the quality of employee work is good category. cooperation is positively and significantly related to the quality of work, and the relationship includes a strong relationship
