Abstract
The results of this study aims to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning on the improvement of learning outcomes of IPS students of class VI SD Inpres 12/79 Blue 1 Watampone. Based on the results of data analysis and research results, it can be concluded that: 1) The results of IPS study grade students Primary school Primary Inpres 12/79 Blue 1 Watampone taught by cooperative learning categorized by an average score of 11.45; 2) The result of IPS study of grade 6 students of Inpres 12/79 Blue 1 Watampone which is taught by non-cooperative learning is categorized as low with an average score of 10.10; 3) There is difference of IPS learning result of grade 6 students of Primary Inpres 12/79 Blue 1 Watampone which is taught by cooperative learning with students who are taught by non-cooperative learning, both based on the average category.
