Abstract
Abstrak. Kemampuan Mengapresiasi Drama Sinetron Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 PallanggaKabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan mengapresiasidrama sinetron siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang mengapresiasi secara kritis drama sinetron keluarga cemara Siswa Kelas Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowayang berjumlah 375 siswa terbagi dalam 9 kelas. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalahteknik random sampling yaitu kelas XI IPA2 yang berjumlah 31 siswa orang. Teknik yangdigunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah pemberian tugas menonton sebuah sinetronkeluarga cemara. Keseluruhan data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui beberapa tahap (1) aspekmenentukan tema (2) aspek menentukan tokoh (3) aspek menentukan konflik (4) aspek menentukan latar (5) aspek menentukan pesan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 PallanggaKabupaten Gowa mampu dalam mengapresiasi drama sinetron keluarga cemara berdasarkan aspek yang dinilai dengan rata-rata 64,90. Kata kunci: mengapresiasi, drama dan sinetron Abstract. Ability to Appreciate Drama Soap opera for Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga, Gowa Regency. This study aims to describe the ability to appreciate the drama of soap opera class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga, Gowa Regency, is a quantitative study that critically appreciates the drama of cinetron families of fir firs, Class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga, Gowa Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was all students of class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga, Gowa Regency, totaling 375 students divided into 9 classes. Sampling in this study was a random sampling technique, namely class XI IPA2, amounting to 31 students. The technique used to collect data is giving the task of watching a cypress family soap opera. Overall data obtained were analyzed through several stages (1) aspects of determining the theme (2) aspects of determining figures (3) aspects of determining conflict (4) aspects of setting background (5) aspects of determining messages. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga, Gowa Regency are able to appreciate the drama of the evergreen family soap opera based on aspects assessed with an average of 64.90.
