Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of internal and external factors on the level of student achievement in Education Program Administration Office Faculty of Social Sciences Makassar State University. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that describes the level of achievement of learning achievement with the population in this study is the student Education Studies Program Administration Office is still active as much as 381 people. Researchers take a sample of 57 people, data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that; (1) the influence of internal factors on the learning achievement in the Education Program of Administrative Studies Faculty of Social Sciences Makassar State University is in good category, seen from the physical aspect, psychological, and fatigue. (2) the influence of external factors on the learning achievement in the Education Studies Program Administration Faculty of Social Sciences Makassar State University is in the category quite well, seen from the aspect of family, college, and society
