The aim of this study was to develop a valid e-book of biology on environmental change that is valid and to analyze teacher and student response data to e-book. This is a research and development research (R & D), which adapts the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages : (1) Analyze; (2) Design; (3) Development; (4) Implementation; (5) Evaluation. Assesment of this e-book was evaluated by two expert validators. The result from expert validator showed that the e-book is suitable to use because the validity of this product is 4,2 (valid). The practical of this product was obtained by teachers responses with the value 88% and students responses with value 87% (practical). Based on these results, it is can be concluded that the e-book that developed were valid and practical. Keywords : e-book, environmental change
