Abstract

ABSTRAK HASAN. 2013. Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja guru Pada SMA Negeri Di Kabupaten Mamuju Utara. (di bimbing oleh Arifin Ahmad danHamzah Nur). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) Disiplin Kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Mamuju Utara. (2) Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Mamuju Utara. (3) Disiplin Kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap poduktivitas kerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Mamuju Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Mamuju Utara dengan jumlah 116 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan teknik proportionate random sampling yang berjumlah 89 orang. Dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian melalui instrument angket penelitian dan dokumentasi. Data dari hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan statistic inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Dari hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Mamuju Utara yaitu 11,6% (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Mamuju Utara yaitu 31,5% (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Mamuju Utara yaitu 55,1%. (superivised by Arifin Ahmad and Hamzah Nur) The Study aims at examining (1) The influenceof work discipline towards work productivity of the teachers’ at public Senior High School (SMAN) in North Mamuju district, (2) the influence of leadershipof Principal towards work productivity of the teachers at Senior High School (SMAN) in North Mamuju district, (3)The influence of the Work discipline and leadership of Principal collaboratively to work toward productivity of the teachers’ at SMAN inNorth Mamuju district. The study is a survey research which employed quantitative approach. The population in the study were the entire teacher at SMAN in Noth Mamuju as manyas 116 people. The Samples were selected by employing proportionate random sampling technique and obtained 89 teachers. Data were collected trough questionnaire instrument, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed by employing descriptive statistic and inferential statistics using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study reveal that (1) There is positive and significant influence of work discipline towards work productivity of teachers’ at SMAN in North Mamuju district by 11,6% (2) There is positive and significantin fluences of the leadership of the principal towards work productivity of the teachers’ at SMAN in North Mamuju district by 31,5% (3) There ispositive and significant influences of work discipline and the leadership 0f the principal towards work productivity of the teachers’ at SMAN in North Mamuju district by 55,1%.
