Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian “expost-facto” yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh: i) kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar fisika peserta didik; ii); kinerja guru terhadap minat belajar fisika; iii) kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar fisika peserta didik; iv) motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar fisika; v) minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar fisika; vi) minat belajar terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Luwu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Luwu dengan jumlah 1307 orang. Adapun sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 310 orang. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan skor Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) yang telah diuji coba empirik. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan teknik Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS). Prosedur analisis yang dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial, analisis faktor dan verifikasi model struktural AMOS. Melalui model tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa: i) kinerja guru secara signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Luwu; ii) kinerja guru secara signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap minat belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Luwu; iii) kinerja guru tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Luwu; iv) motivasi belajar tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Luwu; v) minat belajar tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Luwu; vi) minat belajar secara signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Luwu. Kata kunci: Ex Post Facto, Kinerja Guru, Motivasi Belajar, Minat Belajar, Hasil Belajar Fisika ABSTRACT Harnipa. 2016. “The Influence of Teachers Performance Toward Motivation, Interest and Physics Learning Outcomes of Students XI Grade SMA Negeri at Luwu District” (guided by Kaharuddin Arafah dan Muhammad Arsyad) This research is expost-facto research which aims to analysis the influence of: i) the teachers performance towards physics learning outcomes; ii) the teachers performance towards physics learning interest; iii) the teachers performance towards physics learning outcomes; iv) learning motivation towards physics learning outcomes; v) learning interest towards physics learning outcomes; and vi) learning interest towards learning motivation of students XI IPA Grade SMA Negeri at Luwu District. The population in this study were all students of XI IPA Grade SMA Negeri at Luwu District as many as 1307 students. The sample taken by using cluster sampling with the students as many as 310 people. The process of collecting data using questionnaires and scores of physics final test that have been tested empirically. Data of the research result were analyzed by using analyze method of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with technique of Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS). The analysis procedure is performed with descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, factor analysis and verification of structural model AMOS. The research of result showed that the structural equation model that describes the influence of teacherss performance, motivation, interest, and physics learning outcomes can be accepted. Through the model can be concluded that: i) the teachers performance has positive direct influence and significant towards physics learning outcomes; ii) the teachers performance has positive direct influence and significant towards physics learning interest; iii) the teachers performance doesn’t have positive direct and significant toward physics learning outcomes; iv) learning motivation doesn’t have positive direct and significant towards physics learning outcomes; v) learning interest towards physics learning outcomes; and vi) learning interest has positive direct influence and significant toward learning motivation of student XI IPA Grade SMA Negeri at Luwu District Keywords: Expost-facto, Teaches Performance, Learning Motivation, Learning Interest, Physics Learning Outcomes
