Abstract

ABSTRAK Sandi Febrisak, (109614005) Pengaruh Upah, dan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Investasi dalam Negeri di Sektor Industri Kota Makassar (Dibimbing Oleh Sry Astuti dan Basri Bado) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh upah dan penyerapan tenaga kerja terhadap investasi dalam negeri di sektor industri Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan time series (runtut-waktu) metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan menggunakan persamaan multiple regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel upah dengan penyerapan tenaga kerja dari hasil perhitungan maka upah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap investasi dalam negeri di sektor industri kota Makassar. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of wages and employment for domestic investment in the industrial sector of Makassar. Data collection techniques using time series (coherent-time) data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis and using a multiple regression equation. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of wage employment from the calculation of wages significant effect on domestic investment in the industrial sector of the city of Makassar.
