Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to develop a blended learning in plants material that were valid and practical. The result products were learning device consist of syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheet, and e-learning based schoology. The research was a research and development (R&D) by adopting the 4D model. The validity test was based on the assessment result of 2 expert validators, while the practical test based on usage response of blended learning at SMA Negeri 21 Makassar by 1 biology teacher and 33 students as the research subject. The data collection technique used were preliminary observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research data analysis shows that the developed blended learning was valid, while teachers and students also showed a positive response to blended learning. They consider that the development of blended learning was practical and feasible to be applied in the learning system.
