Abstract
This study aim to conducted develop model of English Module instrument of Distant of Elementary Education Program. The problem formulated whether through implementation the English module could to increase the achievement of Distant of Elementary Education Program? The research conducted that twelve steps there are the first analize, writing the revised based on try out result and recommendations of the external reviewer. The subject consisted of 20 students from UNM and 20 students from Unismuh. This research used the Thiagarajan (1974) develop procedure Four-D Model; Define, design, develop, dessiminate. The result of the first years research there are packages of materials in teaching and learning processes, English guide of teach (sillabe), map of competation of English, English module just 6 units and evaluation instrument. Based on analize result given information that English module is useful by Distant of Elementary Education Program students, because it can develop or improve English achievement. It shows by they are got higher score for experiment groups and higher scour too for control groups, but they are different in sums of their scores, it means they have increase significantly different in achievement for groups who studied uded English module. This fact show the implementation of English module is success to improve the achievement of Distant of Elementary Education Program students.
