Abstract

CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION A. Background Internship is carried out in order to fulfill one of the requirements in completing the final assignment to complete the study at the Diploma level three (D3). Internship is a form of integrated application between attitudes, abilities and skills acquired by students in colloge. Implementation of Job Training in various companies and agencies will be very useful for students to be able to draw knowledge, skills and experience. Therefore, all the theoris learned from various courses in the college can be directly practiced in the Human Resources Development Agency that deals with computers and management. An
