Abstract
SUMMARY This research aims to determine how the influence of corporate social responsibility on profitability of mining companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange as numerous as 41 companies and the sample is an annual report from 2015 to 2017 taken using purposive sampling method. Documentation method performed in order to collect data while the simple linear regression analysis applied as an analysis procedure. The result of the study using the t test (partial) confirms that corporate social responsibility did not significantly influence profitability of mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange.
