Abstract

ABSTRAK FRANS ANDILEMBA TADANUGI. ImplementasiLesson StudyuntukMengefektifkanPembelajaranHimpunandenganPendekatan Scientific padaSiswa SMP Negeri 3 LageKabupatenPoso (DibimbingolehAwiDassadanAsdar). Penelitianiniadalahpenelitianlesson study yang bertujuanuntukmendeskripsikantahapanlesson study yaituplan, do dansee, sertamengefektifkanpembelajaranhimpunanpadasiswakelasVIIASMP Negeri 3 LageKabupatenPosopada semester genaptahunpelajaran 2013/2014denganjumlahsiswa22 orang. Langkah –langkahlesson study yang digunakanpadapenelitianinimenggunakanlangkah-langkahmenurut Saito yaituplan, do dansee. Padapenelitianinidilakukandengan3kali lesson study,yaitulesson study I, lesson study II, danlesson study III.Dalamlesson studyinimenggunakanpendekatanpembelajaranscientific. Padapelaksanaannya, pendekatanscientific merupakansuatucaraataumekanismepembelajaranuntukmemfasilitasisiswa agar mendapatkanpengetahuanatauketerampilandenganprosedur yang didasarkanpadasuatumetodeilmiah. Langkah-langkahscientificyaitumengamati, menanya, menalar, mencobadanmembentukjejaring. Data yang terkumpuldianalisissecarakualitatif. Dari hasilanalisisdisimpulkanbahwaTahapanplan meliputi 1) sosialisasi lesson study, 2) membentukankelompoklesson study, 3) mengidentifikasimasalahpembelajaran di kelas, 4) merencanakanpembelajaran, 5) menentukan guru model, 6) menyiapkan format – format. Tahapandomerupakanpelaksanaanpembelajaran di kelas. Guru model mengimplementasikan RPP dananggotalesson studylainnyamenjadipengamat, Tahapansee padalesson studyberbasissekolah di SMP Negeri 3 Lagemerupakantahapandimanapengamatdan guru model mendiskusikanpembelajaran yang sudahberlangsung. Kegiatanlesson study dapatmengefektifkankemampuan guru merencanakanpembelajaran, kemampuan guru melaksanakanpembelajaran, hasilbelajarsiswa, mengurangiaktivitassiswa yang tidaksesuaidengan KBM, danmemberikanresponssiswa yang positifterhadappembelajaran.   ABSTRACT FRANS ANDILEMBA TADANUGI. 2014. The Implementation of Lesson Study to Make Learning Sets Effective by Employing Scientific Approach to Students at SMPN 3 Lage in Poso District (Supervise by AwiDassa and Asdar). The study is a lesson study which aims at describing the steps of lesson study, namely plan, do, and see, and to make learning sets effective to 22 grade VIIA students at SMPN 3 Lage in Poso district of academic year 2013/2014. The steps of lesson study reffered to Saito, which apply plan, do, and see. The study was conducted in 3 times of lesson study, namely lesson study I, lesson study II, and lesson study III which employed scientific approach. On the implementations, scientific approach is a learning mechanism to facilitate students to get the knowledge or skills using the procedure which based on science method. The scientific steps are observing, questioning, reasoning, tryout, and networking. Data collection were analyzed qualitatively. The conclusions based on the study are the Plan steps consisted of (1) socialization of lesson study, (2) group formation of lesson study, (3) identification of learning problem in class, (4) planning the lesson, (5) determining model teacher, (6) preparing the format; the Do steps was the implementation of learning in class. The model teacher implemented lesson plan and other members of lesson study were the observant; the See steps on school-based lesson study at SMPN 3 Lage was a step where the observant and model teacher discussed the teaching learning process. The activity of lesson study can make teacher’s ability effective in planning the lesson, conducting the lesson, students’ learning result, lessen students’ activities which are not appropriate to KBM, and positive response from students toward the learning.
