Abstract
Abstract This research aims to determine if there is a significant influence between work stress on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The study population is all employees of PT. Bumi Sarana Beton amounting to as many as 258 employees, the withdrawal of the sampling is taken randomly (based on calculation results with the formula Slovin, the sample of 72 employees). The method used in collecting data is by using questionnaires. While the method used to process and analyze data is a simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Software. The results of this study showed the work stress significantly negative impact on the employee's performance at PT. Bumi Sarana Beton. With correlation coefficient of 0.502 and coefficient of determination of 25.2%. This means that working stress affects employees ' performance by 25.2% and 74.8% are influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the test processing significance, obtained T hit of 4.860 and t tab of 1.997 (H 0 on reject and H a at receive). Keywords: Work Stress; Employee performance
