Abstract
Abstract The Program teacher certification demand professionalism. Would be more dignifiedif the recruitment ot its member scounducted instrict, objective, transparentand accountableby the competent institution stoprioritize the demands of professionalism. Performance appraisals should be done as a form of quality assurance of teacher professionalism. Teacher certification programs have comprehensive evaluation of program effectiveness and impact. As a public policy, teacher certification program has cost so much public funding, and the need to study more deeply, especially on the cost and benefit of this program. Competencies of this program should appear on the improvement of education as a whole. In order to develop the professionalism of teachers in the future should be designed and established a frame work with arange of reference agree with nationally in order to avoid overlap orgaps so as to generate a quality of national education.
