Abstract
This study aims to find out how the Payroll Cycle Accounting Information System at the South Sulawesi Regional Representative Council Secretariat Office in 2017 can be seen through a flowchart. This research is a descriptive study, the data used are primary and secondary data in the form of interviews and documents, while the data analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study show that the payroll cycle at the Regional Representative Council Secretariat of South Sulawesi in 2017 was in accordance with the theory out forward by Romney and Steinbart's with change at the time of salary receipt by giving direct power to the bank with SP2D (Fund Disbursement Order) to transfer some money to each employee's account.
