Abstract
The big problems in many public organizations are the system of archive keeping which hard to findback the archive, unstandard facilities, alck skill of the staff, and the lack of regulation about system and procedure for archive units.The priority problem to solve for this program is to increase the knowledge and skill of Gam Election Commission Staff in archive management. The benefit of this program are to help the staff to: I) managing archive especially about the letter agenda; 2) managing static archive for example the voters data dan legislative candidate \s data which have 5 (Jive) years periodic in using; and 3) understanding the rule of principal in archiving, they are: making archive, collecting archive, controlling archive, keeping archive, maintenancing archive, and retention of archive. This program is conducted by lecturing and discussion, workshop, training and supervising. The target of this program is Gowa Election Commission Staff which have responsible to keep the archive about general election and local election. Measure achievement of the goals is the implementation of all participants are able to understand about the effective and efficient archive. The result of this activity is considered very good because all participants are fully involved and managed to fix the problem of uneffective archive at Gowa Election Commission. Suggestion from the results of this activity is the development of an archive continuing and periodical training and workshop which based on development of information and communication technology.
