Abstract

ABSTRAK Nur Adil. 2013. Manajemen PendidikanSistem Ganda di SMK Negeri 1 Majene. (dibimbing oleh H. Alimuddin Mahmud dan Jumadi Tangko). Pendidikan Sistem Ganda adalah bagian yang terpenting di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) karena PSG adalah untuk membentuk penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan keahlian kejuruan yang memadukan secara sistematik dan sinkron dengan program pendidikan di sekolah serta penguasaaan keahlian yang diperoleh melalui bekerja langsung di dunia kerja, terarah untuk mencapai suatu tingkat keahlian professional tertentu sehingga menghasilkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan keterampilan dan etos kerja yang sesuai dengan tuntutan lapangan kerja. SMK Negeri 1 Majene melaksanakan Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi PSG yang terarah dan terpadu. Sehingga rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana Manajemen Pendidikan Sistem Ganda di SMK Negeri 1 Majene dilihat dari aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. (2) Faktor apa yang mempengaruhi manajemen Pendidikan Sistem Ganda di SMK Negeri 1 Majene. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Manajemen Pendidikan Sistem Ganda di SMK Negeri 1 Majene dilihat dari aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi manajemen Pendidikan Sistem Ganda di SMK Negeri 1 Majene. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriftif yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar pertanyaan, lembar observasi dan pedoman dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Pelaksanaan Pendidikan Sistem Ganda di SMK Negeri 1 Majene husus pada jurusan Tehnik Komputer dan Jaringan barusekitar 50% (lima puluh persen) sinkron dengan kurikulum hususnya pelaksanaan PSG pada kantor-kantor pemerintahan. (2) Monitoring pelaksanaan PSG seharusnya dilaksanakan tiga kali selama berlangsung PSG di industri, namun tidak bisa dilaksanakan dengan maksimal disebabkan karena minimnya dana yang dikucurkan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten. Kemudian dana tersebut kadang-kadang terlambat pencairannya nanti setelah berlangsung atau selesai pelaksanaan PSG baru dana tersebut cair (3) Untuk jurusan Tata Busana, Kecantikan dan Patiseri menurut hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa materi pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan di industri oleh siswa PSG sudah sinkron dengan kurikulum. Dual System Education (DSE) is the most important part in Vocational High School (SMK) because DSE is a form of education and vocational skills training which systematically integrate and sync with the program education in school as well as the possession of expertise gained through working directly in the world of workforce that has the level of skills knowledge and working ethic in accordance with the demand of employment. SMK Negeri 1 Majene in fulfilling Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of DSE targeted and integrated. Therefore, the formulation of problem of this study were (1) How the management of Dual System Education in Vocational High School State 1 Majene seen from the aspect of planning, implementation and evaluation. (2) What factors effect the management of Dual System Education in SMK Negeri 1 Majene. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) Management of Dual System Education School State 1 Majene views from the aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation (2) The factors that affect of Management of Dual System Education in SMK Negeri 1 Majene. Type of this research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through structured interviews, observasion sheets and guidelines documentation. The result showed that : (1) In management of Dual System Education in SMK Negeri 1 Majene specially department of Computer Technical and Network of about 50 % (fifty percent) in sync with the curriculum especially implementation of DSE in government offices (2) Monitoring the implementation of DSE should be performed three times during the DSE in industry, but could not be implemented in maximum caused the lack of funds expended by the Local Government. Then these funds are sometimes late to be disbursed, sometimes later after the completion of going on or after performed DSE (3) For the Dress Making department and Pastry Department according to the result of research seen that the activities performed the students of DSE in industries have been sync with the curriculum.
