To comprehend these objectives, the researcher employs an R & D (Research and Development) design by mixing quantitative and qualitative methods. This research is conducted at Faculty of Engineering Tadulako University. The subjects of the study are the lecturers who teach English for general course and the students of faculty of Engineering. Subject matter experts were also involved to validate the product. The data were collected through semi-structured interview, study the related documents, and the results of questionnaire distribution.
