Abstract
Basic research using case studies, conducted intensive, detail and depth of an object research.Tipe research is descriptive is to provide in depth description of the problem in order to get a comprehensive and detailed picture of the object of this study. selected techniques to collect data through field research with in-depth interviews, observation and field notes and research library where to obtain secondary data to be able to compare between this phenomenon and the phenomenon of transvestites former transvestite now. Transgender issues is complex, the heaviest load is inside a transvestite is a psychological burden. In reality, most people seem to have started to accept the presence of transvestites,people accept it as part of the dynamics and the existence of transvestites can not be avoided. However, people assume the behavior of the phenomenon of transvestites should remain as an artificial defects or irregularities that require their way out.
