Abstract
Abstract: Regional autonomy makes each area as a milestone development. Regional autonomy should boost the development of human resources. One of the efforts that must he done is to fix the education system of the area hut still in accordance with the ideals of national education. Vocational education as part of the education system to think about each of these areas to he developed in the era of regional autonomy Human resource development through vocational education can he done in accordance with the potential of each area. Human resources will reliably overcoming disparsitas (gap) between regions and between people.
