Abstract

Monitoring and Evaluation of the School Based Management implementation program in South Sulawesi dikebangkan the menitoring system with the principles of interpersonal networking is more cooperative in the process of data and information prepared in decision making. The purpose of this coaching model is (1) directly see goog practice and bad practice SBM Program implementation has been done, (2) giving back in the form of a solution or peedback alternative solution to the problems encountered in the implementation of the program SBS schools, (3) provide excamples of the application of MBS program is good and right to the school, and (4) determine behavior change principlas, teachers, and student in the implementation of SBM.
