Abstract
Goldsmith is a job that include in smoll-scal industry, compere with farmer it is a refined job. goldsmith is devided into: (1) goldsmith laborer, (2) goldsmith, and (3) industrialist goldsmith. Apprenticeship is a process that should be undergone by the farmer to have a skill as goldsmith, and it is done is an industrialist goldsmith place, who has accupied the job farmarly. This transformation job the change of social deferenciation and social strafication in society.
