Abstract

Abstrak This reseach aimed describing the character education at the Salafiyah Parape’ boarding school. The data collected from headmaster of school DDI, the teacher and the students By using interview, observation, and documentation. This results show that the character education at the salafy Parappe’ boarding school has been implementing the character education by traditional and modern system. There is aiso the big role of kyai with spiritual grounding Keu word : boarding, character, education, traditional, modern.
