Abstract
Condition of agrarian in colonial era period with the policy manner representing foundation to elaborate the agrarian problem in Indonesia until now. Entry of colonialist with the status model ownership of land by west style, when rub up against the system of land ownership in Indonesia that konventional trigger to born of difference. Nevertheless, arrival of colonialist accompanied by attendance of agricultural expert, on the other side considered to be base and bacground will born the agriculture modernize (garden) in Indonesia.
