Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, upah minimum provinsi, pendidikan dan jumlah penduduk miskin terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan di Kalimantan Timur. Kedua, menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendidikan, ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan, dan upah minimum provinsi terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kalimantan Timur. Jenis data yang digunakan berdasarkan sumbernya adalah data sekunder sedangkan berdasarkan dimensi waktunya data time series tahun 2002 sampai tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi linear berganda dengan metode kuadrat terkecil atau ordinary least square. Uji ketetapan model, nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 0,948 untuk ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan dan 0,941 untuk kemiskinan Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pendidikan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap variabel ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan. sedangkan variabel upah minimum provinsi dan jumlah penduduk miskin berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap variabel ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan. Hasil pengujian lainnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pendidikan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap variabel kemiskinan. Sedangkan variabel upah minimum provinsi dan ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap variabel kemiskinan. Kata kunci: Ketimpangan Distribusi Pendapatan dan Kemiskinan ABSTRACT RONI CAHYONO, The Factors Analysis Influence The Unequal Distribution Of Income And Poverty In East Kalimantan (in guidance by Dr. Basri Bado, S.Pd., M.Si and Diah Retno Dwi Hastuti, S.P.,M.Si) This research aims to analyze the economic growth, province minimum salary, education and amount of poverty population to the unbalanced income distribution in East Kalimantan. Then, this thesis analyzes the effect of economic growth, education, unbalanced income distribution, and province minimum salary to the poverty level in East Kalimantan. The type of data being used on secondary data while the source is based on the time dimension of the time series data from 2002 to 2014 from the publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics East Kalimantan and some relevant references. This research uses double linear regression by smallest quadrate method or ordinary least square. Test the accuracy of the model, adjusted R2 value of 0.948 for unequal distribution of income and 0.941 for poverty. After going through the analysis, the researcher found that variables of economic growth and education factor significantly bring the positive influence to the variable of unbalanced income distribution. Meanwhile, the variable of province minimum salary and unbalanced of income distribution significantly bring the negative effect toward variable of poverty.
