Abstract The research aims to discover 1) the studens’ perception on the leaturers’teaching style,2) the students learning motivation,3) the students’ learning result,4) learning result,5) the influence of students’ perception on leacturer’ teaching style and learning motivation toward learning result,6) the ifluence of students’ perception on leacturers’teaching style and learning motivation toward learning result. The research is correlational ex-post facto. The reseacrh was conducted at Darussalam University in Ambon first semester or academic year 2015/2016. The populations of the reseacrhs were all of the students’ of the first semester . The samples were 128 students who were taken ramdomly by using random sampling technique. The data was colleted by unsing questionnaire and documentation. The data was a analyzed by using simple regression and double regression analysis. The results of the research indicate that 1) there is significant influence between the students perception on leactuers’teaching style toward students’ learning result with significant level p = 0000 smaller than a0.05 (0.002 < 0.05), the relative contribution of students’perception on leacturers’ teaching style toward learning result is 36 %,2) the motivation variable towards learning result gained significant score by 0.000 (P= 0.05), the relative contribution of motivation towards learning learbing results is 30.0% ,3) there significant influence between the students’perception on leacturers’ teaching style and motivation simultaneously toward biology learning results of students with the significant level 0.000 < 0.05 the realative contribution of the students’ perception on leacturers’ teaching style and motivation simultaneously toward the students learning result is 35% Keywords:perceptions,motivation.and learning result.
