Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the factors of service quality, price, travel time and facilities have a correlation with the Preferences of Trans Mamminasata Bus Passengers and Gojek in Makassar City. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all passengers in Makassar City who used Trans Mamminasata Bus transportation services and Gojek service users with a sample of 100 people. Research data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the variables of service quality, price, travel time and facilities had a positive and significant correlation relationship with the Preferences of Trans Mamminasata Bus Passengers and Gojek in Makassar City.
