Abstract

Abstrak Jenis penelitian ini adalah terapan dengan mengumpulkan literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan metode regresi Cox Weibull.Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini tentang analisis survival yang merupakan analisis data waktu tahan hidup mulai dari waktu penelitian sampai kejadian tertentu terjadi.Salah satu metode analisis survival adalah Regresi Cox.Regresi cox merupakan regresi yang menggunakan data interval waktu suatu kejadian.Kasus yang diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi lama rawat inap pasien penderita Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Rumah Sakit Haji Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan Regresi Cox Weibull.Distribusi Weibull merupakan salah satu distribusi yang paling sering digunakan dalam analisis data survival. Ada beberapa faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi laju kesembuhan pasien sepeti usia, jenis kelamin, kadar hemoglobin, kadar leukosit, kadar hematokrit, suhu tubuh dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang signifikan mempengaruhi laju kesembuhan pasien. Dari hasil penelitian memberikan kesimpulan bahwa faktor-faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi lama rawat inap pasien adalah usia, jenis kelamin, dan suhu tubuh. Kata Kunci: Analisis Survival, Regresi Cox Weibull, Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Abstract This type of research is the study of the literature by collecting literatures relating to the non parametric statistical methods. Discussion in this study focused on survival analysis which is analysis of survival data from beginning of time research until certain events occurred. One of the methods of survival is Cox Regression. Cox Regression is a regression which used data of intervals of time an event. The case which is discussed in this research is factors that period of stay of patients DHF in Hospital of Haji Kota Makassar with Cox Weibull Regression. Weibull Distribution is one of the most used in analysis of data survival. There are many factors that will affect the rate of recovery of patients such as age, gender, hemoglobin, leukosytes, hematocrit, body temperature, etc. Therefore, it is important to know what the factors most affect the rate of recovery of patients DHF. From the research give conclusion that factors affecting time of recovery of patients DHF is age, gender and body temperature.
