Abstract
This research is a Classroom Action Research with the aim of knowing the application of the Snowball Throwing model to improve student learning outcomes in grade IV Science at SDN 72 Bontoloe, Takalar Regency. The focus of this research is the application of the Snowball Throwing model and student learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were all 23 grade IV students at SDN 72 Bontoloe, Takalar Regency, in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year. Data collection techniques through observation, tests and documentation. The research results achieved in the first cycle of student learning activities were in the sufficient category and in the second cycle the student learning activities were in the good category. In line with this, the learning outcomes of class IV students in science subjects also increased, in the first cycle they were in the less category and in the second cycle they increased to a good category. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of the Snowball Throwing model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students in the science subject at SDN 72 Bontoloe, Takalar Regency.
