Abstract

Abstract The main objectives of this study were to determine: (1) General description of student learning stres during the covid-19 pandemic at SMPS 1 Antam. (2) Faktors that affect student learning stres during the covid-19 pandemic at SMPS 1 Antam. (3) Efforts to deal with student learning stres during the covid-19 pandemic at SMPS 1 Antam. The results obtained from the two students are: (1) Overview of learning stres in both SMPS 1 Antam students, the number of tasks that accumulate and the lack of explanation from the teacher, the presence of pressures, lack of confidence in themselves, always expecting others, unable to adapt with online learning methods, unsure of their abilities, often complain when given assignments by the teacher. (2) The faktors that cause learning stres from both students are internal faktors and external faktors, internal faktors: frustration, conflict, pressures, self-imposed. The external faktors: family, school and physical environment. (3) Efforts that can be made by students who experience learning stres in SMPS 1 Antam students are carried out using Cognitive Restructuring techniques.
