Abstract

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study; (1) To determine the effect of the explosive power of arms on the ability of shot put elementary students InpresMallawaBarru, (2) To determine the effect of abdominal muscle strength in the ability of shot put elementary students InpresMallawaBarru, (3) To determine the effect of leg muscle strength in the ability of departure Instruction bullet elementary students MallawaBarru, (4) To determine the effect together the explosive power arm, abdominal muscle strength and leg muscle strength in the ability of elementary school student shot put InpresMallawaBarru.This type of research is the experimental study. Its population is a primary school student InpresMallawaBarru with a sample of 40 people. Furthermore, this study is divided into two categories, namely; (1) The independent variable, consisting of explosive power arm, deberi symbol X1, abdominal muscle strength, given symbol X2, and leg muscle strength, given symbols X3; and (2) the dependent variable, namely the ability to shot put, given the symbol Y. Technical analysis of the data used hypothesis testing through multiple regression analysis at level three significant predictor cx = 0.05 using SPSS 11.Based on the results of this study concluded that (1) there is significant influence is ability explosive arm shot put elementary students InpresMallawaBarru by 81.3%, (2) there is a significant effect on the ability of the abdominal muscle strength shot put elementary students InpresMallawaBarru 78.6%, (3) to a significant effect on the ability of leg muscle strength shot put elementary students InpresMallawaBarru, 71.1% (4) there is a significant effect together the explosive power arm, abdominal muscle strength and muscle strength shot put legs on the ability of primary school InpresMallawaBarru by 87.3%. Keywords: Explosive power of arms, abdominal muscle strength, leg muscle strength, shot put ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan; (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya ledak lengan terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru murid SD Inpres Mallawa Barru, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kekuatan otot perut terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru murid SD Inpres Mallawa barru, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru murid SD Inpres mallawa barru, (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara bersama-sama daya ledak lengan, kekuatan otot perut dan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru murid SD Inpres Mallawa Barru.Jenis penelitian ini adalahjenis penelitian eksperimen. Populasinya adalah murid SD Inpres Mallawa Barru dengan sampel 40 orang. Selanjutnya dibagi penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kategori, yaitu; (1) Variabel bebas, terdiri dari daya ledak lengan, deberi symbol X1, kekuatan otot perut, diberi symbol X2, dan kekuatan otot tungkai, diberi symbol X3; dan (2) variabel terikat, yaitu kemampuan tolak peluru, diberi symbol Y. Tehnik analisis datayang digunakan pengujian hipotesis melalui analisis regresi ganda tiga predictor pada taraf signifikan cx = 0,05dengan menggunakan program SPSS 11.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan daya ledak lengan terhapat kemampuan tolak peluruh murid SDInpres Mallawa Barru sebesar 81,3 %, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kekuatan otot perut terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru murid SD Inpres Mallawa Barru 78,6 %, (3) terhadap pengaruh yang signifikan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru murid SD Inpres Mallawa Barru, 71,1% (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama daya ledak lengan, kekuatan otot perut dan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru murid SD Inpres Mallawa Barru sebesar 87,3%.
