Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine whether there contribution running speed, explosive leg power and balance against the long jump ability. This is a descriptive study with three independent variables are the running speed, explosive leg power and balance with one dependent variable is the ability of the long jump. The population of this research is a primary school student I Sub Instruction Barru Barru Barru. By random sampling selected a sample of 50 students. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, regression coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis at the significant level of 0.05, with the help of a computer through the SPSS program. Based on the result: (1) There is a contribution between running speed with the ability to long jump elementary students Instruction Barru I Sub Barru Barru, as evidenced by the value β = 6.902 and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0.726 with a (ro) = 0.852 and (P <0.05) by making a contribution of 72.60%; (2) There is a contribution between the explosive power of the legs with the ability to long jump elementary students Instruction Barru I Sub Barru Barru, as evidenced by the value β = 0.239 and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0.730 with a (ro) = 0.854 and (P <0.05) by making a contribution of 73%; (3) There is a balance between the contribution of the long jump ability of primary school pupils Inpres I Sub Barru Barru Barru, as evidenced by the value β = -1.062 and the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0.772 with a (ro) = 0.879 and (P <0.05) with gave a contribution of 77.20%; (4) There is a contribution between running speed, explosive power leg and balance together with the ability to long jump elementary students Instruction Barru I Sub Barru Barru, as evidenced by the value of the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained = 0.884 with a (R) = 0,940 (P <0.05) and F count 116.817 (P <0.05) by making a contribution of 88.40%. Keywords: running speed, explosive leg power, balance, ability to long jump ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada kontribusikecepatanlari, daya ledak tungkaidankeseimbanganterhadap kemampuan lompatjauh. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan tiga variabel bebas yaitu kecepatanlari, daya ledak tungkaidankeseimbangandengan satu variabel terikat yaitu kemampuan lompatjauh. Populasi penelitan ini adalah murid SD InpresBarru I KecamatanBarruKabupatenBarru. Secara random sampling dipilih sampel sebanyak 50 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis koefisien regresi, dan analisis regresi ganda pada taraf signifikan 0,05, dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer melalui program SPSS.Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil: (1) Ada kontribusi antara kecepatan lari dengan kemampuan lompat jauh murid SD Inpres Barru I Kecamatan Barru Kabupaten Barru, terbukti dengan nilai β = 6,902 dan koefisien determinasi (R square) = 0,726 dengan (ro) = 0,852 dan (P < 0.05) dengan memberi sumbangan sebesar 72,60 %; (2) Ada kontribusi antara daya ledak tungkai dengan kemampuan lompat jauh murid SD Inpres Barru I Kecamatan Barru Kabupaten Barru, terbukti dengan nilai β = 0,239 dan koefisien determinasi (R square) = 0,730 dengan (ro) = 0,854 dan (P < 0.05) dengan memberi sumbangan sebesar 73 %; (3) Ada kontribusi antara keseimbangan dengan kemampuan lompat jauh murid SD Inpres Barru I Kecamatan Barru Kabupaten Barru, terbukti dengan nilai β = -1,062 dan koefisien determinasi (R square) = 0,772 dengan (ro) = 0,879 dan (P < 0.05) dengan memberi sumbangan sebesar 77,20%; (4) Ada kontribusi antara kecepatan lari, daya ledak tungkai dan keseimbangan secara bersama-sama dengan kemampuan lompat jauh murid SD Inpres Barru I Kecamatan Barru Kabupaten Barru, terbukti dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) yang diperoleh = 0,884 dengan (R) = 0,940 (P < 0.05) dan nilai F hitung 116,817 (P < 0.05) dengan memberi sumbangan sebesar 88,40 %.
