Abstract

Abstract. Happiness in terms of subjective well-being refers to three components among them; Satisfaction in Life, Presence of Positive Moods, And Absence of Negative Moods. Meaning refers to basic human motivation and is a feeling that life has meaning associated with well-being and is seen as necessary for long-term happiness. Happiness And Meaning To Be A Source Of Motivation That Is Important In Human Life To Face Challenges In Life. This research aims to determine the meaning and happiness of individuals in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. This Research Was Conducted On March 23 To April 14 2020 Via Google Forms. This Research Was Conducted Online Due To The Social Distancing Policy During The Covid-19 Pandemic. Online Surveys That Have Been Conducted, Involving 337 Respondents. The results of the research obtained, it was found that the majority of female and male respondents both interpret the Covid-19 pandemic as a momentum to start a clean life and get together with their families. Not a few who began to draw closer to God and started all activities at home. Most of the Respondents, Both Strongly Believe and Believe in the Danger of Covid-19 Interpret the Covid-19 Pandemic As The Right Time To Gather with Family. Besides Gathering With Family, Maintaining Cleanliness Has Also Become The Meaning Of Pandemic For Many Respondents, Followed By Getting Closer To God And Doing Various Activities At Home.
