Abstract

This research is a quasi-experimental research that aims to determine the effect of using animated learning media on the learning outcomes of Motorcycle Engineering at SMK students. This study used a non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects were 52 people. The data collection instrument is a learning achievement test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and non-parametric inferential statistics (Mann-Whitney test). The results obtained show that there is an effect of using animated learning media on student learning outcomes in the Motorcycle Engineering subject at Somba Opu Vocational School, Gowa Regency. The learning outcomes of students who were taught with animation learning media were higher than students who were taught with PowerPoint learning media
