Abstract

This study aims to determine the Covert Prostitution Network in Lappa Village, North Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study method or approach to describe a hidden prostitution network in Lappa Village, North Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. The technique of determining the informants was done by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validation technique uses source triangulation, namely assessing the credibility of the data by checking the data that has been obtained through several sources. The results of this study indicate that: Covert Prostitution Networks in Lappa Village are night entertainment business owners, sex workers, thugs and TNI/Polri officers.
