Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Audio Visual Media on Writing Exposition Texts for Class VIII Students of SMPN 3 Sibulue. This study aims to describe the effect of audio visual media on writing exposition texts for class VIII students of SMPN 3 Sibulue, Bone Regency. The type of research used is pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest research design. The data collection technique is a test which is divided into pretest and posttest. The population of this study was all students of Class VIII SMPN 3 Sibulue who collected 51 people and the sample was taken by total sampling technique. Data analysis carried out in this study were descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study revealed that audio-visual media had an effect on the writing of exposition texts for class VIII students of SMPN 3 Sibulue, Bone Regency.
