Fitrianidamadama@gmail.com, andi.atssam@unm.ac.id,saharullah@unm.ac.id, sunarti@gmail.com Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of shuttlecock throwing training on improving skills lob in badminton athletes of BKMF FIK UNM. The independent variable of this research is the Shuttlecock Throwing Exercise, while the dependent variable is the Improvement of blowing Skills in Lob Badminton Athletes of BKMF FIK. The population in this study were all members of the BKMF FIK Badminton Athletes, totaling 50 people. While the sample is a total of 12 players with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The data obtained in this study were obtained by giving a lob punch skill test from the throwing exercise shuttlecock in the form of a post-test and a pre-test. This research method is experimental. Analysis of the data used using paired samples. Based on the results of inferential analysis, it is known that P = 0.000 is smaller than = 0.05. It can be concluded that the practice of throwing shuttlecocks has a significant effect on skills lob in badminton athletes of BKMF FIK UNM. Keywords: Practice, Throwing Shuttlecock, Skills, Lob.
