Abstract

The reserach was aimed at examining the influence of education, training, motivation, work experience, loyalty and work culture factors on the performance of the village head in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The design of research was explanatory research that explains the causality relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The population in this study were all village heads totaling 328 people spread over 27 districts. The analytical tool used in this research was multiple linear regression equations. The results showed that there was a significant and potential influence on the variables of education, training, motivation, work experience, loyalty and work culture on the performance of the village head.
