Abstract

: Indonesian Morphological Interference in Writing Narrative Texts in Bugis Language Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Tonra, Bone Regency. This study aims to describe the form of morphological interference in the aspects of affixation, reduplication, and compounding of Indonesian which is found in the narrative text of Bugis language for eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tonra, Bone Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of data analysis showed that the form of Indonesian language morphological interference in the Bugis language narrative text of the VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tonra Bone Regency was found in the aspects of affixation, reduplication, and compounding. In the affixation aspect, in the form of: the use of affixes in Indonesian and basic words in Bugis and vice versa, basic words in Indonesian and affixes in Bugis, on the aspect of reduplication: the use of repetitive Indonesian words, in the compounding aspect in the form: combining two words that form one meaning in Indonesian .
