Abstract

This study aims to determine the effective learning implementation strategy implemented at the 90 Mattumpu State Elementary School during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a research with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 3 elementary school teachers who met the criteria to become informants. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The investigation/analysis of the data used qualitative analysis techniques with interactive models which included data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that effective learning strategies in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic situation at SD Negeri 90 Mattumpu include: (1) carried out offline (outside the network) in one of the students' homes by making 2 groups in 1 class to carry out offline learning ; and (2) carried out with the PTMT system (limited face-to-face learning) while still implementing health protocols.
