Abstract

This research was aimed to find out the effect of work experience on the employee performance PT. Jaya Abadi Prospero Showroom Yamaha in Bulukumba with 42 respondents. Data collection methods using questionnaires and interviews. The analysis method used is simple linear regression, t test to the test the hypothesies. The results showed that the work experience has a positive significant effect on employee performance PT. Jaya Abadi Prospero Showroom Yamaha in Bulukumba.
