Abstract

The Office 365 UPT TIK Center account registration system UNM is a support system for the distribution of Office 365 accounts for students, lecturers, and UNM employees within the Makassar State University. This system is expected to make it easier for admins to validate the data of students, lecturers, and UNM employees who register for an Office 365 account. Office 365 is a cloud-based office subscription service that combines the best tools to facilitate your various kinds of work. By combining best-in-class applications such as Excel and Outlook with powerful cloud services such as OneDrive and Office Teams, Office 365 allows you to share and produce anywhere, anytime on any mobile or desktop device you use. Microsoft Office 365 includes Office Online (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote), unlimited OneDrive storage, SharePoint sites, and Yammer. Makassar State University, which has collaborated with Microsoft, allows teachers and students to use Office 365 services for free, by installing the full version of Office applications for free on up to 5 PCs or Macs. This study aims to build a registration and administration system to get an Office 365 account. In addition, to see the efficiency and effectiveness of service management work provided by the university and the process of developing this information system using the waterfall development method, using DFD to document, specify and model system. Implemented using the PHP programming language with support for Jquery, Javascript and MYSQL databases on Codeigneter Freamwork and other supporting software. The stages of development using the waterfall method consist of 5 stages, namely the system requirements analysis stage, the system design stage, the system coding stage, the system testing stage, and the system implementation and maintenance stage. The results of this research are expected to produce an Office 365 account registration system. With the implementation of this registration system, the distribution and validation process for Office 365 accounts will be right on target, effective and efficient.
