Abstract

This research was conducted to develop an application that can be used to make it easier for leaders to view the UNM staffing executive summary report. So that it can increase the efficiency of the leadership in obtaining a summary of UNM staffing reports. In developing this application, the framework used is flutter so that the application can run on android and ios operating systems, the ISO 9126 model is used to test the reliability of the application. This application was developed and validated by content experts and respondents (usability). From the results of the development, it was obtained that the UNM E-Summary application received an assessment of Eligibility (E) by experts with a percentage of 93.3%, and received a Very High rating (HR) by respondents with a percentage of 85%.
