Abstract
Abstract This research aims to find out; (1) there is the influence of continuous training on the increase in VO2 MAX of Navigator FC futsal players; (2) there is an influence of fartlek training on the increase in VO2 MAX of Navigator FC futsal players; (3) the influence of continuous and fartlek training on the increase in VO2 MAX of Navigator FC futsal players. The study was conducted using experimental methods with a two-group pretest�posttest design. The population in this study was a Navigator FC futsal player. The sample in the study was 16 Navigator FC futsal players. Sampling technique is by random selection (Simple Random Sampling). The results of this study show that; From the initial test results data on improving VO2 MAX of Navigator FC players continuous training group as a whole obtained data 1 futsal player with less category , 4 futsal players in medium class, 2 futsal players in sufficient class, and 1 futsal player in good class, with each frequency obtained is 12.5%, 50%, 25%, and 12.5%. From the final test results of the increase in Vo2Max Futsal Navigator FC farlek training group as a whole obtained 2 futsal players in the less class, 3 futsal players in the middle class, 2 futsal players in the class enough, and 1 futsal player in a good class, with each frequency obtained which is 25%, 37.5%, 25%, and 12.5%.
